Territory Account Representative

Job Description Job Description OneBlood is looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Representative to join our team! Our Account Representatives execute blood donor recruitment programs, organize and manage all aspects of the Blood collection process in order to meet goals for an assigned territory. This position generally requires you to be in office in Miami two days a week and in the field three days a week. Office Location: 12601 SW 125th Ave Miami, Florida 33186 Territory: Miami, FL RESPONSIBILITIES: Executes blood donor recruitment programs to meet goals for assigned territory Develops and maintains effective professional business relationships with donor drive chairpersons that support delivery of results as well as internal clients Seeks out prospective blood drive opportunities with new and existing customers Utilizes independent judgment to adapt approach and communication style, to develop and manage blood drive accounts Determines the appropriate marketing and promotional materials and programs needed to achieve established goals working within budget Manages blood drive scheduling to optimize business needs which may include recruiting during blood drives to ensure the success of the drive Represents organization at community involvement events QUALIFICATIONS: Prior sales & customer service experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and clear driving record. Must be able to use own Vehicle Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public Ability to deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to small and large groups of business contacts Ability to quickly establish rapport with new business contacts and the general public Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists Ability to work weekends and evenings to attend blood drives COMPENSATION: Competitive Salary: $55K per year + bonus potential Mileage Reimbursement Cell Phone Stipend ($50/month) Full Benefit package (Health, Dental, Vision Insurance) PTO and Retirement Package If you are looking to make a difference in your community and have a passion for helping others, apply to join our team as a Account Representative at OneBlood today!
