What You'll Do:

• Evaluate patients' skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular function through formal and informal testing
• Develop and implement goal-specific treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and team members
• Document treatment regimes as part of the patient's plan of care and update as needed
• Schedule treatment sessions tailored to patient needs, goals, and caregiver input
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on conditions, prognosis, and therapy approaches
• Assist with patient assessments, progress documentation, and coordination of care activities

What You Need:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• At least 1 year of outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
