About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its mission-driven organization, which is dedicated to providing equitable, high-quality early childhood experiences for young children and their families. The successful candidate will be the chief executive and strategic leader, responsible for mission execution, organizational leadership, financial stewardship, fundraising, community engagement, board relations, compliance, and operational oversight. This role requires a collaborative, relationship-oriented leader with senior leadership experience in a nonprofit, educational, public service, philanthropic, or mission-driven setting. The Executive Director will be the primary ambassador for the organization, working closely with families, funders, public agencies, donors, and community partners to improve outcomes for children from prenatal stages through age five.
