Manager, Trauma Case Management

A leading Houston hospital is hiring an experienced Manager of Trauma Case Management. In this role, you'll oversee the daily operations of the trauma case management program, ensuring effective care coordination, appropriate resource utilization, and smooth transitions throughout the patient journey. You'll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, social workers, and hospital leadership to improve patient outcomes and drive operational excellence.
