The primary purpose of this position is to provide remote and onsite technology help desk support to the business, healthcare, and residential members of all of our communities in a friendly and professional manner.What you'll do:Evaluate, Schedule, and Provide technology support for Givens Communities residentsMonitor, appropriately document, and triage incoming help desk ticketsParticipate and be available in Technology On Call rotation during scheduled nights and weekendsTraining residents and staffAssist with deployment of hardware and softwarePerform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisorWhat you'll need:Must have a verifiable knowledge of modern desktop computer hardware and software systemsSome combination of work and educational experience in desktop support is preferredGood customer service and communication skills are mandatoryA valid driver's license and reliable transportationCompensation is based on background and experience and includes our comprehensive benefits packageStill curious about what Givens is all about?
