Role Description The Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Paso Robles, CA, responsible for overseeing daily office operations and ensuring an organized, efficient workplace. This role includes managing incoming calls and correspondence, greeting and supporting customers, coordinating schedules, and maintaining records and files. The Office Manager will handle order processing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks, as well as monitoring office supplies and equipment to support smooth business operations. The role also involves collaborating with management and staff to streamline administrative processes, support customer inquiries, and assist with internal communication. The Office Manager is expected to maintain a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented approach in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to manage schedules, records, and day-to-day office workflows.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with Office Equipment, including copiers, printers, phones, and basic computer systems.
• Candidates should have proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic data entry or bookkeeping skills.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Candidates should be able to work on-site full time in Paso Robles, CA, and collaborate effectively as part of a small business team.
• Prior experience and proficiency with QuickBooks or comparable bookkeeping software is essential.
• Prior experience in office management, retail, or an agricultural or livestock-related business is beneficial.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or coursework in administration or business is a plus.

Overview

Location: Paso Robles, CA | Full-time, in-office

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Pay: $70,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience

Reports to: General Manager
