Review and maintain the scheduling software so that appropriate teams are routed accordingly. Perform detailed and accurate data entry. Receive incoming calls about past services, follow up on current projects, and respond to general inquiries about the business. Collaborate and assist with other departments as needed. Give an estimate of the work that needs to be done based on incoming customer calls and dispatch the work to appropriate teams within the franchise. Position Requirements High school diploma/GED (preferred). At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience. Prior dispatch experience preferred. Ability to multitask and remain detail‑oriented. Knowledge of the local geographical area is preferred. Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications. Skills, Physical Demands, and Competencies This is a sedentary role in a fast‑paced office environment. Some filing is required, which may involve lifting files, opening filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary.
