Dining Concierge

Our client, a luxury members‑only concierge service, is seeking a skilled Dining Concierge to join their team in the Los Angeles area. This individual must be extremely knowledgeable and connected within the Los Angeles restaurant scene to be able to secure hard‑to‑get reservations for high‑demand locations. Salary: $110,000–$140,000 + Equity (depending on experience) Responsibilities Efficiently handle reservation requests for members, securing reservations at top‑tier and in‑demand restaurants in the Los Angeles market. Leverage expert industry knowledge to offer personalized recommendations tailored to members' inquiries and preferences. Establish and maintain strong relationships with in‑demand restaurants in Los Angeles to ensure priority access and seamless experience for members. Collaborate with the executive team to explore partnerships and exclusive offerings with restaurants. Stay abreast of the latest trends, new openings, and changes in the dining landscape; regularly update the team on noteworthy events, promotions, and culinary experiences. Deeply understand members’ needs to proactively identify opportunities to enhance the member experience and collaborate with cross‑functional teams including operations, design, and engineering. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a concierge or client services/relations executive in a high‑touch membership, dining/hospitality, or luxury services capacity. Proven experience working with high‑net‑worth clients to provide remarkable experiences and exclusive access. Proven experience excelling in a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment. Willingness to adapt and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate members’ needs and restaurant operating schedules. Ability to prioritize against competing needs. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Zendesk or other SaaS communication platforms. Disposition Passion for hospitality and dining; generally interested in the restaurant industry.
