Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Sales Executive to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in driving new business development and managing client relationships within the employee benefits sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales a strong understanding of employee benefits and the ability to build and maintain a substantial book of business.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $150000 - $250000 (commensurate with experience and book size)
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
• Work Environment: Remote
• Equipment: Provided for remote work

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new business in the employee benefits sector.
• Build and maintain a book of business with a minimum revenue of $750000.
• Cultivate relationships with clients focusing on industries such as real estate and technology.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage leads track sales activities and maintain accurate records.
• Travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Life & Health (L&H) license in Georgia.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in employee benefits sales with a proven ability to generate and manage a substantial book of business.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Location: Must reside in the Atlanta Metro area.
