We are a growing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to help expand our presence and strengthen relationships within the healthcare community.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with experience in the durable medical equipment industry. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) plans , healthcare providers, case managers, and referral sources, and understand how to generate new business within this market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with MLTC plans, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and other referral sources
Generate new business opportunities and increase referrals for durable medical equipment services
Promote the company's products and services to healthcare professionals and community partners
Manage an assigned territory and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Stay current on industry trends, reimbursement guidelines, and MLTC requirements
Provide exceptional customer service while building long-term business relationships
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry required
Existing relationships with Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) plans strongly preferred
Knowledge of the healthcare referral process and medical equipment industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
