Restaurant Managers utilize knowledge of positional skills, customer service and courtesy, health and safety regulations and all Wendy’s policies and procedures. The Assistant Manager position is responsible for providing quality products and service in a clean and safe environment to each and every customer. Maintains fast, accurate service and provides top-notch customer service to every guest that comes into our quick service restaurant. Responsibilities Complies with food safety procedures Works with management team to meet sales goals Manages food and labor costs Executes company policies and procedures Monitors food inventory levels Manages and maintains safe working conditions Manages crew member employees Interviews and recommends crew members for hiring Provides proper training for crew members Qualifications 1 Year of restaurant leadership experience Legally able to work in the United States Must be at least 18 years of age Possess a valid and active driver license Able to pass a background check and drug screen #J-18808-Ljbffr
