- Gather, analyze, and document business/functional requirements , workflows, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories. \n
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and SMEs to support process improvements and system implementations . \n
- Experience with UAT, gap analysis, process mapping, testing, and stakeholder communication in banking environments. \n
