Legal Counsel Insured Litigation

Global Medical Response seeks a Legal Counsel, Insured Litigation, to manage and oversee insured and covered litigation matters across its nationwide medical transportation operations. In this role, you will direct outside counsel, evaluate claims and case strategy, ensure timely and cost-effective resolutions, and advise internal stakeholders on risk, contracts, and litigation exposure. You will collaborate with clinical, operations, and risk teams to align legal strategy with patient care, safety, and regulatory requirements, while supporting a culture of integrity, accountability, and community-focused service.
