Front Desk Guest Experience Specialist

Wendy's

Holiday Inn Gretna is seeking a friendly Front Desk Clerk to greet guests, assist with registrations, and explain accommodations. You will process payments, handle inquiries, and ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to brand standards.

Responsibilities include checking in/out, processing bills, handling phone reservations, and maintaining front desk records with Opera PMS. A professional, patient demeanor and teamwork are essential for success in this role.
