We’re building a team of passionate culinarians who want to learn, grow, and be part of something extraordinary. If you’re looking to sharpen your skills in a fine‑dining kitchen and train under experienced chefs, this is your chance to step into the spotlight. Responsibilities Master the fundamentals: daily prep, recipe scaling, portioning proteins, and proper labeling/rotation. Run and maintain entry-level stations such as garde manger, fry, or pantry. Cook and finish menu items to spec, ensuring textures, sauces, and plating are perfect every time. Support higher-level cooks by prepping sauces, dressings, and accompaniments. Maintain sanitation and organization of your station while keeping up with the pace of a busy casino restaurant. Work side‑by‑side with seasoned chefs, learning Italian‑inspired techniques like fresh pasta and classic sauces. Requirements 6–12 months of experience as a prep or line cook, or recent culinary training. Solid knife skills and attention to detail.
