Regional Manager

Location: Louisville or Lexington, KY

We’re looking for a strong Regional Manager to lead two established, customer-focused locations in Louisville and Lexington.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves developing people, improving operations, and growing a business . You’ll lead the General Managers at both locations and help their teams succeed while driving membership growth, revenue, customer experience, and overall performance.

You do not need experience in our specific industry. We’re interested in successful leaders from fitness, recreation, children's programs, family entertainment, hospitality, retail, franchise operations, membership-based businesses, and other customer-focused industries.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the General Managers of two locations.
• Build strong, accountable teams and develop future leaders.
• Drive membership, sales, retention, and revenue growth.
• Monitor staffing, payroll, scheduling, and operating expenses.
• Use KPIs and performance data to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Improve training, processes, and operating procedures across both locations.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and facility operations.
• Partner closely with ownership on goals, priorities, and business performance.
• Spend time in both locations and stay connected to employees and customers.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive management experience.
• Experience leading managers, multiple departments, or multiple locations.
• Strong people-development and coaching skills.
• Experience managing sales, revenue, staffing, payroll, budgets, or other business KPIs.
• A track record of improving business or operational performance.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• A hands-on leader who is comfortable being visible and involved in the business.
• Ability to travel regularly between Louisville and Lexington.
• Flexibility for some evening and weekend availability.

Multi-unit experience is preferred, but the right leadership and business experience matters more than coming from a specific industry.
