Work Schedule: Hybrid, 3-days onsite and 2 days remote Rate Range: $95 to $120/hr (rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors) About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Business and Data Transformation Consultant to support a large-scale investment management transformation programme. This role sits at the intersection of front-office technology, enterprise data management, and investment operating model change. The programme includes the implementation of the Aladdin platform across front and middle office functions alongside the development of a modern enterprise data architecture designed to improve the collection, organization, governance, and delivery of investment data across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining and validating investment data flows, supporting data migration activities, and ensuring the completeness, quality, and timeliness of critical investment data throughout the transformation journey. This is a highly visible role requiring close collaboration across business, operations, data, and technology teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and support investment data transformation activities within a large-scale Aladdin implementation. Define, analyze, and document end-to-end investment data flows across source, enterprise, and consumption layers. Perform source-to-target mapping for investment data domains and support data migration and onboarding activities. Establish and document data lineage, metadata, and data modelling requirements. Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to improve data quality, completeness, and timeliness. Facilitate workshops and working sessions across multiple stakeholder groups. Support SIT/UAT planning and execution, including issue investigation and resolution. #J-18808-Ljbffr
