Job Overview

We are looking for dedicated professionals to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a variety of machinery and equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment such as press brakes, punches, laser cutting systems, CNC machines, and more. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, mechanical, and computer-controlled systems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education or a minimum of three (3) years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or sheet metal fabrication equipment maintenance.
• Valid driver's license with class E qualification and a clean driving record.
• Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics.
• LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) experience is required.
• Comfortable with low voltage applications.
• Ability to work independently and safely with limited supervision.
• Solid English language skills, including reading and writing.
• Must have solid math and computation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in operating a variety of hand tools and equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Attention to detail and established procedures, along with being well organized.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and adapt to changing work requirements.
• Local candidates are preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and up to 50 pounds of force frequently.
• Ability to work while standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to climb ladders, work on lifts, stoop, and bend on a regular basis.
• Ability to perform twisting, turning, bending, climbing, pushing, and pulling motions.
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)-steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, vest.

Work Environment

Working conditions will be both inside and outside, where temperatures will vary from extreme heat to extreme cold for extended periods of time. This position is regularly exposed to vibration and loud noises.
