What You’ll Do

• Respond to codes and rapid responses
• Manage ventilator care and step-down level patients
• Stabilize critically ill patients and coordinate transfers
• Provide inpatient/hospital-based adult patient care
• Collaborate with nursing staff, ED team, surgeons, and case management
• Document care using Cerner Community Works EMR with AI scribe support
• Support patient flow and discharge processes

What You Need

• Active Vermont Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license or eligible
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient or hospitalist experience
• Ventilator management experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and stabilization skills
• Ability to manage high-acuity adult patients in a community hospital setting
