Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in a 30-bed Intermediate Care Unit with both private and semi-private rooms.
• Maintain a patient ratio goal of 1:4, adapting to 1:5 or occasionally 1:6 as required.
• Interpret and manage telemetry monitoring, including self-interpretation of strips.
• Administer and titrate medication drips such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, and Dopamine.
• Coordinate with an in-house IV team and 24/7 respiratory and pharmacy service teams.
• Ensure compliance with weekend and holiday scheduling as per unit requirements.

Qualifications

• Current RN license; willing to wait for license submission.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Ability to float between units such as Telemetry and Medical-Surgical as needed.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, preferably EPIC and Sunrise.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
