Human Resources Coordinator

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of up to $25.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities Coordinate recruiting activities by scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and supporting hiring processes. Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee transition experience. Maintain employee and candidate records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Support employee engagement, recognition, training, and development programs across the organization. Prepare reports, provide administrative support, and assist with various human resources initiatives and projects. Requirements A Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Previous experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee programs, or administrative activities. Familiarity with HR systems and employee record management practices. Qualifications Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and confidential information. Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees, candidates, and business partners. Customer service oriented mindset with a commitment to providing a positive employee experience. Collaborative and proactive approach with strong interpersonal relationship building skills.
