Yes, 1 x per week Engagement Description – The Delivery Lead II will manage multiple IT work assignments and coordinate delivery across technical teams, business partners, product and platform stakeholders, and vendors as applicable. The role is accountable for establishing scope, developing and maintaining delivery plans, coordinating estimates and resources, monitoring schedules and budgets, managing risks and dependencies, and providing clear status reporting throughout the project life cycle. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a matrixed environment, will apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery practices as appropriate, and will adapt quickly to evolving tools, processes, and priorities. Consistent on-time, within-budget delivery and proactive issue resolution/risk mitigation are essential. Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –

• IT project delivery leadership: Demonstrated experience leading medium-to-large technology initiatives from planning through implementation and closure, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resource management.
• Project management methods and tools: Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery practices, with hands-on experience using enterprise tools to maintain plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and status reporting.
• Stakeholder communication and coordination: Proven ability to communicate technical and delivery information clearly to business stakeholders, executive and IT audiences, facilitate decisions, manage competing priorities, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.

• Experience delivering healthcare IT initiatives in a technology environment and coordinating work across multiple technical disciplines.
• Ability to define and refine scope, create realistic estimates, develop work breakdown structures, and maintain integrated project schedules.
• Experience managing project financials, resource forecasts, vendor commitments, and changes to scope or delivery plans.
• Strong risk, issue, action, and dependency management skills, including timely escalation and development of practical mitigation plans.
• Ability to prepare concise executive-level status updates that identify accomplishments, upcoming milestones, decisions needed, and delivery risks.
• Experience facilitating project kickoffs, planning sessions, status meetings, retrospectives, and lessons-learned discussions.
• Ability to remove roadblocks, resolve conflicts, and coordinate teams in a matrixed environment without relying on direct authority.
• Working knowledge of the software development life cycle, release planning, testing, implementation readiness, and project closure activities.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, problem-solving, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities.
• Ability and willingness to learn new tools and processes quickly through onboarding and provided training.

• Experience managing projects that span multiple technologies, business functions, or delivery teams.
• Experience partnering with product, platform, and service owners to prioritize backlogs, sequence work, and align delivery to business value.
• Experience with vendor coordination, statements of work, contract deliverables, invoice review, or contingent labor resources.
• Knowledge of product management principles, value-stream planning, and outcome-based performance measures.
• Experience in a regulated industry or an enterprise environment with formal governance, security, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Knowledge of core healthcare systems and business processes (Claims, Enrollment, Billing, Customer Service, FACETS is preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, project management, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant work experience will be considered.
• Five years of IT work experience preferred, including at least two years of project management and/or team leadership experience.
• Project management certification such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or an equivalent credential is preferred but not required.
