Business System Analyst

Location: Newport Beach, CA

Onsite 4-5 days per week

Rate: $75-80 an hour

The position supports Legal & Compliance Technology, requiring skills in AI-driven test automation, business process modernization, and experience in regulated environments.


The ideal candidate should have:

8+ years of experience in a systems analysis or related role within a financial services or other highly regulated environment.

Ability to identify and apply AI-driven approaches to improve efficiency, coverage, and quality within test automation processes.

Experience modernizing, enhancing, or automating business processes and systems in a regulated environment

Proven success leading or coordinating small to midsize technology initiatives from requirements through delivery.

Experience supporting Legal, Compliance, Risk, or GRC platforms is a strong plus.

Familiarity with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines or Azure DevOps workflows is a plus.
