Email Marketing Manager

Description: This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Email Marketing Manager based in Spain. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact email marketing channel within a growing digital learning and workplace compliance environment. You will lead the execution and optimization of campaigns that engage prospects, customers, and partners throughout the buyer journey. Working primarily in HubSpot, you will combine audience insights, experimentation, personalization, and performance analysis to improve marketing outcomes. The position has a strong hands‑on focus, covering campaign production, segmentation, quality assurance, testing, deployment, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Revenue Operations teams. Your insights will help strengthen engagement, conversions, customer relationships, and pipeline contribution.
