CNC Machinist

$28-$34/hr DOE + 10% Shift Differential Multiple Shifts Available | Fremont, CA

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and related equipment
• Load programs, adjust offsets, and optimize machining processes
• Read blueprints, technical drawings, travelers, and work orders
• Machine parts to tight tolerances and customer specifications
• Use GD&T and precision measuring tools to verify quality
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make process adjustments
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and other measuring tools
• Complete basic machine maintenance
• Follow safety procedures and support lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
• Experience with CNC mills, lathes, grinders, or surface grinders
• Ability to perform machine setups and operate equipment independently
• Strong blueprint reading skills and understanding of GD&T
• Experience working with tight tolerances and precision measurements
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Aerospace, semiconductor, medical device, or other precision manufacturing experience is a plus

This is a Contract position based out of Fremont, CA.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $37.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
