Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead for a fully onsite role in Juno Beach, Florida . This individual will play a key leadership role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert who excels in Salesforce architecture, coding best practices, and guiding development teams through complex integrations and deployments. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Salesforce development and implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), controllers, triggers, and batch processes .
• Proficiency in Salesforce API integrations and web service development.
• Deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Communities architecture and functionality.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce best practices , including security, coding standards, and deployment methodologies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience developing reusable UI components using Lightning Component Framework (Aura/LWC) .
• Exposure to global delivery models and collaboration with distributed teams.
• Strong mentoring skills to guide and upskill junior developers.
• Demonstrated ability to work in multi-stakeholder, fast-paced environments .

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Communities .
• Write high-quality, efficient, and reusable code using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components .
• Architect and implement Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems via APIs and web services.
• Drive adherence to Salesforce security, coding, and deployment best practices .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and QA.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, ensuring consistent quality and delivery standards.
