Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate in treatment planning meetings to ensure cohesive client care and facilitate communication among medical professionals and family members.

• Monitor and report on the progress of client treatment objectives, ensuring compliance with established standards and policies.

• Collaborate with interns, overseeing their onboarding, training, and performance evaluations to promote a well-rounded learning environment.

• Attend regular meetings with the management team to discuss program outcomes and client success stories.
