Join Our Team as an HR Manager! Are you a seasoned HR professional looking for a rewarding career in the senior care industry? Senior Helpers of Naperville in Naperville, IL is currently seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our caregivers are supported, valued, and equipped to provide the best possible care to our senior clients. Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Managing the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and onboarding new hires Overseeing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge Managing benefits administration and payroll processes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment SHRM certification is a plus About Senior Helpers of Naperville: Senior Helpers of Naperville is a premier provider of in-home senior care services in Naperville, IL.
