Owner's Representative / Project Manager - Multifamily | San Diego, CA We are a rapidly growing multifamily real estate development company focused on delivering high-quality apartment communities through thoughtful planning and a commitment to excellence. We're seeking a seasoned multifamily leader who can confidently navigate both the field and the boardroom while leading complex developments from start to finish. As our Owner's Representative / Project Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between ownership and our General Contractor, overseeing large-scale multifamily developments and advocating for the financial and schedule health of each project. Qualifications 7+ years of experience, preferably with a Top ENR GC Bachelor's Degree Professional business acumen Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, and/or Primavera P6 preferred This is an opportunity to work directly alongside leadership and help drive our continued growth and expansion.
