Job Details Level: Experienced Location: Home Office - Gainesville, FL 32601 Job Category: Real Estate Responsibilities Travel 100% of the time to support multiple locations as needed. Direct, motivate, and inspire a large team. Lead, mentor, and develop a large leasing team. Implement and uphold TCC Curb appeal standards with a keen eye for detail. Manage asset and floor plan strategies, including rate adjustments. Promote creative ideas to increase ancillary income. Earn and maintain a strong understanding of the service aspect of a community. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a successful assistant community manager at a 250+ front door count community. Exceptional customer service skills, and ability to role model and lead Team Members to perform to the TCC level of excellence. Strong understanding of financial plans with the ability to summarize and communicate results effectively. Strong technical skills with Entrata and Excel preferred. Proven track record of meeting the company customer service expectations and increasing reputation. Strong understanding of TCC lease and policies. Strong emotional intelligence and effective communication with multiple audiences. Commitment to TCC culture and a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
