Trust Restaurant Group is looking for talented, enthusiastic, and experienced hospitality professionals to join our team!

Beloved in America’s Finest City, TRUST Restaurant Group’s portfolio includes many distinct concepts that run the gamut from Trust Restaurant, Cardellino, Fort Oak, Rare Society, A L'ouest, The Wise Ox Butchery & Eatery, plus an ice cream window and 2 hidden bars. Countless accolades, including a Michelin Plate Award and Conde Nast Traveler nod, has cemented the group’s status as one of the premier groups operating in Southern California today.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Hospitality is a core tenant of our company philosophy, and creating a unique experience between our restaurant and our guests is paramount to what we do. As a server, we want you to showcase your knowledge and curiosity for food and wine, and how the two complement one another.

We are looking to add a server to our team at Á L'ouest- our French brasserie that builds on what defines TRUST Restaurant Group: wood-fired cooking, vibrant flavors, and simple techniques, all delivered with a refined energy. Led by Chef Brad Wise with a no-rules approach to French cooking, the menu reimagines classic dishes alongside an evolving plat du jour, while at the bar, delicate, effervescent cocktails and a playful France wine program reigns supreme.
