Program Manager

Develop and manage an integrated project plan covering delivery of MVP elements of the initiative’s Phase 1 milestones and workstreams. Establish project governance, reporting, decision tracking, and communications processes. Coordinate activities across internal teams, society volunteers, technology teams, marketing, and external partners. Maintain timelines, dependencies, and accountability for key deliverables. Prepare executive updates, briefing papers, presentations, and progress reports. Support development of Board and leadership reporting materials. Serve as the project lead for the initiative's primary deliverable: the Global Financial Literacy Resource Hub. Responsibilities include: Translate business requirements into functional requirements and user stories. Partner with technology, Product, and content teams to define MVP scope, workflows, and launch requirements. Coordinate development and testing activities. Manage stakeholder feedback and requirements prioritization. Define and document: Resource library structure and taxonomy Search and filtering requirements Society attribution standards Submission and review workflows Partner directory requirements Society-to-society connection features Usage analytics and reporting requirements Coordinate user acceptance testing and launch readiness activities. Society Engagement and Working Group Coordination Support and coordinate the Society Working Group. Schedule and facilitate meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-up actions. Help manage outreach to societies and encourage participation in content sharing activities. Coordinate collection of existing financial literacy initiatives and resources. Track participation, contributions, and engagement metrics. Help identify opportunities for cross-society collaboration and peer learning. Content Intake and Governance Help establish operational processes for content submission, review, tagging, publication, and maintenance. Develop documentation, templates, intake forms, review tools, and governance processes. Ensure quality-control and approval workflows are operational prior to launch. Assist in developing program documentation, eligibility criteria, application processes, evaluation approaches, and reporting mechanisms for society micro-grants. Coordinate stakeholder review and approval processes. Support launch readiness activities. Transition Support Develop complete documentation of program status, decisions, risks, stakeholder relationships, and work products. Prepare a structured transition plan and onboarding package for the incoming Senior Program Manager. Support knowledge transfer and continuity planning. #J-18808-Ljbffr
