Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and relationship growth within our automotive insurance division. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong networking capabilities, and a proven track record in B2B sales and client management within the insurance or automotive sectors. Prospect and acquire new automotive dealership accounts. Forecast objectives for yourself and for dealerships. Track and monitor performance. Develop F&I product sales and improve overall F&I performance. Implement policiesand procedures for newly acquired business. Conduct dealership staff training for sales, service and accounting departments. Qualifications Two years of F&I, sales manager, or general manager experience. Extensive knowledge of automobile dealership operations/processes. Excellent presentation, communication (written and verbal), and sales skills. Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Learn to use the company CRM. Extensive travel within assigned territory. Reliable transportation. Must be a team player, as well as a self-starter able to work independently.
