Sales Manager

Summary The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and leading the sales team. The Sales Manager will identify and close new business opportunities in Heavy Highway, Commercial and residential markets. This position will make a positive impact with the team, coworkers and customers. Overview Salary: $121,000 - $152,000 Annually Principal Duties And Responsibilities Develop a high-performance sales team Create winning sales processes and tools Coach each Salesperson and build a pipeline of opportunities and exceed sales market Develop and accurately report monthly sales forecasts Provide key market and field insight back into the company’s operations Work collaboratively with other key sales leaders to achieve overarching departmental goals Work collaboratively with other functional leaders to achieve overarching company goals Positive attitude and the ability to motivate and instill confidence in sales staff.
