We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and a passion for working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients and their families to enhance their quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of clients. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, incorporating evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques. Implement and monitor behavioral interventions, ensuring they are tailored to each client's unique needs. Collect and analyze data on client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and family members, to provide holistic care. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of client progress in compliance with regulatory standards. Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies and interventions. Advocate for clients' needs within the community and assist families in accessing resources. Experience Licensure in the state of Michigan (LBA) A minimum of a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required. Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory. Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred. Familiarity with data collection methods related to behavioral health practices is highly desirable.
