What You'll Do * Medication Support: Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans. * Accurate Documentation: Keep medication administration records complete, accurate, and up to date. * Resident Well-Being: Watch for changes or concerns and promptly communicate them to nursing staff. * Daily Care: Assist residents with daily needs while encouraging independence, dignity, and comfort. * Meaningful Connections: Build genuine relationships with residents and help make Holland Farms feel like home. * Teamwork: Work alongside your team to provide personalized, compassionate care every shift. You'd Be a Great Fit If You * Certified & Ready: You have an active 40-hour Medication Aide certification. * Caring & Dependable: You genuinely enjoy helping older adults and take pride in providing great care. * Positive & Engaged: You bring a great attitude and are ready to jump in where needed. * Team-Oriented: You communicate well and enjoy working alongside others. * Comfortable With Technology: You can use basic computer systems for medication tracking and documentation. * Overnight Availability: You’re available for the overnight shift, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
