PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented Export Coordinator to support global logistics, export operations, and supply chain activities. In this role, you'll serve as a critical link between customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure products are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and on time across international markets.

What You'll Do

Export & Logistics Operations

• Manage export orders and shipment execution within ERP systems

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments by land, air, and ocean freight

• Prepare and maintain export documentation, shipping paperwork, and invoicing

• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company procedures

• Monitor inventory availability and material flow to support customer demand

• Track shipments and proactively address delays or transportation issues

Supply Chain & Inventory Management

• Monitor supply chain activity to prevent material shortages and delivery interruptions

• Maintain inventory and order status information to support production and distribution needs

• Process purchase requisitions and support procurement activities

• Ensure required materials are available or on order to support operations

• Update inventory and transactional records within ERP systems

Customer & Stakeholder Support

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned international customers

• Provide order status updates and resolve shipping or delivery issues

• Coordinate across Supply Chain, Transportation, Finance, Commercial Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams

• Handle logistics-related inquiries and support corrective action efforts

Performance Monitoring & Improvement

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze trends

• Identify root causes of operational challenges and implement solutions

• Support replenishment planning activities with supply chain partners

• Maintain export-related master data and reporting

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and operational efficiency

• Participate in team reviews, governance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Support onboarding and training of new team members

• Provide backup support across the logistics team as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• 4+ years of experience in:

• Supply Chain

• Logistics

• Operations

• Distribution

• Experience working in an international or cross-cultural business environment

• Experience using ERP systems and supply chain management tools

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including:

• Excel

• Outlook

• Teams

• Word

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field

• Experience with international trade compliance and export regulations

• Knowledge of global shipping processes and transportation networks

• Experience supporting inventory management and replenishment planning

Pay Details: $21.27 per hour
