Whether your background is recruiting nurses and healthcare professionals or top-performing sales talent, you'll partner with leaders across the business to identify, attract, and hire exceptional people who fuel our continued growth.

This is more than managing requisitions. You'll own your searches from start to finish, influence hiring decisions, and serve as a trusted advisor to the leaders you support. What You'll Do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Recruit nationally for healthcare, sales, and operational positions across one of the fastest-growing healthcare organizations in the country.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, social media, and industry-leading recruiting tools.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing market insights, hiring recommendations, and recruiting best practices.
• Conduct structured interviews that evaluate technical qualifications, communication skills, customer service aptitude, and cultural fit.
• Present well-qualified candidates with clear hiring recommendations that support informed hiring decisions.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and professionalism.
• Leverage recruiting technology and data to continuously improve hiring outcomes and recruiting efficiency.
• Collaborate with one of the highest-performing Talent Acquisition teams in healthcare, where innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement are part of how we work every day.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Two or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting healthcare, sales, retail, hospitality, or other high-volume customer-facing positions preferred.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
• Strong consultative partnership skills with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining quality, urgency, and an exceptional candidate experience.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS); ClearCompany experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven by results in a metrics-focused environment.
