Laura Milko and Jonathan Berg. The role is evenly split between the Program for Precision Medicine in Health Care (PPMH) and Age-Based Genomic Screening (ABGS) projects, providing administrative, communications, operational, and research support for interdisciplinary teams advancing genomic medicine. Responsibilities Age-Based Genomic Screening (ABGS) – 50% Plan and prepare for public genetics education events, including designing flyers, newsletters, and other outreach materials. Attend outreach events approximately once a month. Manage and update the ABGS website. Handle survey data using Qualtrics and REDCap. Support the ABGS pilot launch in summer 2025 by coordinating clinical logistics, managing genetic samples, and assisting participants through the consent process. Recruit and enroll participants, collaborate with clinic staff, collect and enter survey data, track incentives, and document study operations. Program for Precision Medicine in Health Care (PPMH) – 50% Manage internal communications and announcements. Coordinate team meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, and tracking action items. Maintain program website, records, repositories, and directories. Assist with Berg Lab management duties, including website updates and overseeing laboratory inventory and purchasing. Assist with event planning and student programs. Perform additional duties as needed. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work. Management Preferences Coursework in public health, biomedical sciences, health administration, or a related field. Experience coordinating research or clinical activities in academic or healthcare settings. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and timelines independently. Familiarity with precision medicine, genomics, or community engagement. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Qualtrics, REDCap, or virtual collaboration tools.
