About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its critical illness recovery hospital. The CEO will be a central figure in providing compassionate and excellent treatment and leadership, with a focus on hands-on hospital operations management in a critical care environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic direction, business development, and maintaining exceptional quality patient care while upholding fiscal accountability. Daily responsibilities include performing rounds on the nursing floor, engaging with patients, families, and staff, and ensuring the hospital's compliance with all regulatory obligations. Applicants for the CEO position at the company's critical illness recovery hospital must be passionate about superior quality care and possess a Master's degree, with a minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in healthcare. The role requires a professional with a strong background in management functions such as finance, strategic planning, and community education of health programs, as well as at least 3 years' of operations experience in an acute care or specialty hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, self-starting individual with the ability to analyze complex situations, make effective decisions, and operate with high personal integrity and positivity, even under pressure. The CEO will also be expected to maintain a high ethical standard, ensure employee engagement, and personally cultivate key business development relationships.
