You’ll oversee multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors, navigate regulatory frameworks, and drive high-quality delivery from planning to close-out. You’ll start by finalizing your Risk Register and Project Plan, check in with your design and construction teams, and follow up on permits. In the afternoon, you might visit a restoration site to coordinate with subcontractors and monitor progress, then report on budget performance and percent complete.You’ll use RES’s PM Best Practices (Opportunity Charters, Risk Registers, MS Project schedules) to manage scope, risk, and timelines.
