Most BDR roles ask you to sell something incremental. This one asks you to sell something companies are actively looking for, and don't yet have a clear answer to.

Pricing used to be a back-office spreadsheet exercise. It's now one of the sharpest levers a business has for growth, and boards know it. Companies that used to lean on consultants or gut-feel pricing are actively looking to replace that with AI-driven simulation, and that shift is happening now.

\n

That means you won't be prospecting cold. You'll be walking into conversations with buyers who already feel the pressure to modernise how they price, and who are actively searching for a better way to do it. Few BDR roles let you build a category this early, with this much tailwind behind you.

\n

You'll also be selling into a market that rewards this kind of thinking. Large consumer goods and FMCG companies run thousands of pricing and promotion decisions a year, often across regions and categories at once. Getting those decisions right, or wrong, shows up directly in margin. AI-powered simulation is what's making it possible to run those decisions at scale, and that's exactly the shift you'll be selling into.

THE ROLE

✔ Remote-first, outbound-focused Enterprise BDR role: cold calling, email, LinkedIn and multi-channel prospecting.

\n

✔ Sell an AI-powered platform that lets Enterprise organisations simulate pricing, promotion and portfolio decisions before making them.

\n

✔ Target large Enterprise organisations, including FMCG/CPG.

\n

✔ Work complex, long sales cycles with multiple buyer personas.

\n

✔ Partner closely with AEs on target accounts and qualify opportunities against the ICP.

\n

✔ Work alongside the BD Lead, AEs and Marketing in a growing US team.

\n

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

\n

✔ 1+ year of SaaS or BDR sales experience.

\n

✔ Enterprise experience preferred, though strong Mid-Market candidates will be considered.

\n

✔ Proven cold calling and outbound prospecting track record.

\n

✔ Comfortable operating in a complex, long-cycle sales motion.

\n

✔ A stable career history with clear motivation and performance.

\n

✔ Coachable, with a genuine interest in developing within the BDR function.

\n

✔ Willing to travel for quarterly company visits.

\n

Nice to have: FMCG/CPG or RGM experience, a track record of progressing from SMB or Mid-Market into Enterprise, or a history of promotion and strong performance.
