What You'll Do At Grey You will work to ensure a safe and quality project in order to deliver an exceptional building for our clients. Below, you will find some of the duties that you will perform as a traveling interiors superintendent. Ensuring that all projects are performed in accordance with contract and quality standards Scheduling and directing the daily activities of work and taking necessary action to assure that the project objectives of cleanliness, safety, price, schedule, quality, and process are met Maintaining daily paperwork; timecards, field reports, schedule updates, RFIs, and E-mail correspondence Implementing project schedules ensuring upcoming events are on track and are being proactively attended to Promoting and maintaining safety, health, and cleanliness on the jobsite Conducting and/or attending pre-construction, progress, and other project and staff meetings Participating in training and other forms of continuous improvement initiatives Experience You Should Have Previous experience in construction management and drywall experience Strong leadership qualities Deadline and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Required to Thrill at Grey No Brilliant Jerks.
