This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible scheduling to support both your lifestyle and that of your clients. While you will primarily work from home, you will have the support of an engaging outpatient team that promotes creative collaboration. Our virtual environment enables you to connect with clients through innovative therapy methods, including Telehealth and in-person sessions as necessary. The local community in Columbus, Georgia, is vibrant and diverse, providing a rich backdrop for your therapeutic practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement effective strategies in accordance with their goals.

• Document all clinical sessions meticulously, maintaining accurate case notes, treatment plans, and ongoing assessments per company policy.
\n
• For full-time clinicians, manage a caseload of at least 27 client visits per week while ensuring quality and personalized care.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and medical personnel, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Engage in regular clinical staff meetings and training sessions to share insights and enhance skills within the team.
\n
• Utilize creative interventions and evidence-based practices to empower clients in achieving and surpassing their therapeutic goals.
\n
• Maintain effective communication with clients, families, and other external stakeholders while upholding appropriate professional boundaries.
\n
• Participate in community outreach initiatives as needed.

Your client focus will primarily include children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• A valid LMFT PA clinical license is required.
\n
• Proven experience in clinical documentation, encompassing assessments, treatment plans, and detailed case notes.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
\n
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to submit documentation in a timely manner, adhering to company protocols.
\n
• Expertise in maintaining professional boundaries and rapport with a diverse client base.
\n
• Proficient in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; experience with Valant is a plus.
\n
• Ability to pass a background check without issue.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy using telehealth platforms.

• Background in working with children and families facing complex mental health issues.
\n
• Familiarity with community resources available in Columbus, GA, and how they can support client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including competitive pay, a sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling options, and an hourly pay structure complemented by commission on client sessions. You will also benefit from paid holidays (including your birthday), access to our Continuing Education Library (CEUs), and compensation for administrative duties related to consultation and documentation.
