International Order Management SpecialistWe are seeking an International Order Management Specialist to become the primary point of contact for our global distributor network. This position plays a critical role in ensuring international orders are processed accurately; shipments move efficiently across the globe, and export documentation meets all compliance requirements. Salary: $50,000 - 55,000 per year depending on experience.What You'll Do As our International Order Management Specialist, you'll manage the complete international order process from purchase order through final delivery. Responsibilities include:Process international customer orders accurately within our ERP systemReview purchase orders for pricing, quantities, shipping instructions, and accuracyCoordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure timely order fulfillmentCommunicate order status and shipment updates with international distributorsManage backorders, order revisions, and partial shipmentsObtain international freight quotations and select cost-effective shipping methodsCoordinate shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriersPrepare export documentation including: Commercial invoices Packing lists Certificates of Origin Bills of Lading Air Waybills AES/EEI filings Letters of Credit documentationEnsure compliance with U.S. export regulations and destination country import requirementsDetermine appropriate HTS classificationsTrack shipments and resolve customs or transportation issuesPrepare customer quotations including freight, duties, and insuranceBuild strong relationships with international distributor partnersWhat We're Looking For Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in international order management, export coordination, or international logistics Experience working within an ERP system Strong understanding of international shipping documentation Working knowledge of Incoterms Excellent communication and customer service skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy Preferred Qualifications Experience with Letters of Credit Knowledge of EAR and ITAR regulations Experience filing AES/EEI Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers Second language skills (Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Mandarin)Why Join Us?
