HR Operations Specialist

Specialist, Human ResourcesThe Specialist, Human Resources supports NACHC's People and Culture operations by administering HR programs, policies, systems, and processes while serving as a responsive and trusted resource to employees and managers. This position supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, HRIS administration, benefits, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, employee relations support, and talent development initiatives. The Specialist is responsible for ensuring that HR processes are executed accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner and contributes to an exceptional employee experience.
