What You'll Do Consult & Close: Guide customers through a consultative, transparent buying experience—from initial need-discovery and product demonstrations to test drives and negotiations. Manage Your Pipeline: Proactively nurture inbound digital leads, phone inquiries, and walk-in traffic while building a book of repeat and referral business through our CRM. Deliver Value: Match customers with the right Chevrolet vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget, presenting features, financing options, and protection products with confidence. Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with our Sales Managers and Finance Department to ensure a smooth, efficient deal structure and rapid vehicle delivery. Drive Performance: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction (CSI) scores. What We're Looking For Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, listening, and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset. Drive & Organization: Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced retail environment without micro-management Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of solid, verifiable sales experience (automotive is a bonus, but strong backgrounds in retail, cellular, furniture, fitness, hospitality, or financial sales are welcome). Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and professional presentation.
