Member Support Representative
Join Foodsmart as a Member Support Representative, a part-time role where you will be the first point of contact for member inquiries. This remote position allows you to engage with members empathetically while navigating internal resources to provide accurate benefits guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound member inquiries.
- Document interactions and ensure seamless follow-up on resolutions.
- Navigate internal resources to resolve member questions efficiently.
- Match members with dietitians and assist with appointment scheduling.
- Provide troubleshooting support for platform and account issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Understanding of HIPAA and handling sensitive information.
- Prior experience in a remote or hybrid call-center environment is preferred.
