Keller Williams Realty Nashville – Franklin is looking for a Recruiting Director to help expand the organization by recruiting talented real estate professionals and developing a strong, high-performing team.

This is a full-time, non-selling leadership role for someone who is confident, driven, relationship-oriented, and motivated by measurable results. Keller Williams experience is a plus, but not required.

Relocation to the Franklin, TN market is required. Relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate.

Compensation & Benefits

• OTE of $200,000+ annually , with significant upside for top performers

Compensation:

$200,000+ On Target Earnings

Responsibilities:

• Lead recruiting efforts and build a strong pipeline of prospective agents

• Conduct recruiting conversations, interviews, presentations, and follow-up

• Build relationships with experienced and emerging real estate professionals

• Communicate the office’s value proposition, culture, and growth opportunities

• Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent

• Partner with leadership to achieve recruiting and growth goals

• Track recruiting activity, conversion, retention, and performance metrics

• Support onboarding, training, and development of new associates

• Coach and consult with agents to help improve productivity and business results

• Participate in meetings, training, business planning, and growth initiatives

• Help maintain a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous growth

Qualifications:

• 2–3+ years of residential real estate experience preferred

• Experience in recruiting, sales, business development, or leadership

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to influence, coach, and motivate others

• Goal-oriented and comfortable working with measurable targets

• Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills

• Proactive, confident, and solutions-focused

• Comfortable working with technology and business metrics

• A track record of leadership, sales success, or business growth
