Acquisition Analyst

Acquisition AnalystCACI is seeking a cleared Acquisition Analyst to support an Army Product Management Office on Ft Belvoir, VA. Position requires knowledge of the Defense Acquisition System and demonstrated skills in managing cost, schedule, performance in a program office; product life cycle management; project team management; and preparing acquisition and contracting documents. Secret clearance required.The Opportunity:Execute acquisition management across an entire product lineCoordinate products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phasesPrepare, configure, and staff all Milestone documentationPrepare Acquisition and Contracting documents (e.g., J&A, Source Selection Plans, PWS, IGCE, D&F)Assist with determining contracting strategy, prepare contracting documents, and coordinate activities with Army Contracting CommandParticipate in source selection boards and conduct technical evaluationsParticipate in product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrationsAssist in providing contract oversight for assigned productsMaintain and manage the program budget and master scheduleIdentify cost, schedule and performance tradeoffsLead and oversee preparation of Supply Requests Packages to Defense Logistics Agency and manage transition of products from PM to DLA or Army SustainmentDevelop and draft Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, and other acquisition documentsWork with contracting personnel to achieve desired contracted outcomeMaintain configuration controlPrepare plans for product risk mitigationPerform acquisition planning tasksQualifications: Required:Active Secret Security ClearanceBachelor's degree and >12 years of experienceKnowledge of and experience with DODI 5000.02, Defense Acquisition System, JCIDSDesired:Prior experience supporting US Army product management officeWhat You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
